Summer Reading Program

The Hawaiʻi State Public Library System and the Friends of the Library of Hawaiʻi invite everyone to kick off their annual Summer Reading Program on June 2nd, 2018 on the front lawn of the Hawaiʻi State Library (478 S King St, Honolulu, HI 96813) from 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM. This yearʻs theme is Libraries Rock! and the kick-off event will feature activities, stories, and musical performances that coincide with the "rock" theme. Children, teens, and adults are also encouraged to sign up online at librarieshawaii.beanstack.org during the event to participate in the Summer Reading Program from June 2-July14, 2018 and log their minutes reading to earn various prizes including a round trip for four to anywhere Alaska Airlines flies!
