The COMMUNITY SPACE@ARTS is a collaborative gallery, performance, office & event space for businesses and non-profit organizations aiming to transform our community with the power of the arts in the heart of Historical Chinatown Honolulu ARTS District.

An eclectic & unique setting for a private or public party, meeting, film screening, performance or exhibition! Host your next experience in an ART-full community space.

CO-PRESENTING EVENT PARTNERS@ARTS
50/50 ticket sales split (revenue must cover minimum hourly rental rate - $100/hr.) ARTS at Marks Co-Presenting Support Includes:

- Press release, 11x17 poster design & 50 printed posters, database eblast, ticketing management (Eventbrite), social media marketing

EVENT@MARKS:
(company party, brand launch, cocktail reception, film screening, community event, birthday, wedding, family reunion)
NON-TICKETED PRIVATE EVENT - $100 per hour from load-in to load-out (minimum 3 hrs total) TICKETED EVENT - 30% of total ticket sales (revenue must cover minimum hourly rental rate) $75 clean-up fee (possibly waived if client agrees to be responsible for thorough space cleanup) Includes: In-house equipment & ARTS at Marks staff assistance pre, during and post event. 
Ticket Sale Split or Guarantee Minimum Bar Sales Custom Arrangements Available

PERFORMANCE@ARTS:
NON-TICKETED EVENT - $100 per hour from load-in to load-out (minimum 3 hours total) TICKETED EVENT - 30% of total ticket sales (revenue must cover minimum hourly rental rate) $75 clean-up fee (possibly waived if client agrees to be responsible for thorough space cleanup) $100 separate rehearsal day (max 2 hours).
Includes an ARTS at Marks staff assistance pre, during and post event.

EXHIBIT@ARTS:
NON-TICKETED EXHIBIT - $100 per open gallery day (Tuesday-Saturday 12 to 5)
TICKETED EXHIBIT - 30% of total ticket sales (revenue to cover minimum daily rental - $100/day) 60/40 split for exhibit artwork sold (60% to artist)
$100 per day for installation assistant & tools
Pedestals available upon request
Includes ARTS at Marks staff assistance pre, during and post event
Client responsible for staffing exhibit on Saturdays from 12p-5p

MEETING@ARTS:
$75 per hour - The Nest Conference Space
$25 per day / $100 per week - Mobile Work Desk

ARTISTS & ENTERTAINMENT@ARTS
The ARTS at Marks Garage encourages supporting our artist community by creating a unique & impacting experience with ARTful entertainment. Agreement & payment will be handled directly with artist or vendor. Allow us to connect you with:

-  Live music or DJs (bands, musicians, singers Djs)
-  Performing artists (poets, dancers, acrobats, puppeteers, storytellers, comedy)
-  Live visual artist demonstrations (live painting, art demos, group art activities)
-  Detailed lighting, set design and themed décor (customized ambiance)

50% non-refundable deposit due to reserve date along with signed agreement.
Balance due (3) days prior to event date.
All rates subject to Hawai‘i State General Excise Tax (4.712%).
Client is legally & financially responsible for any damage to space, equipment, or art while hosting event at ARTS at Marks Garage.

PARTNER RATES INCLUDE:

●  Electricity, cold water shower

PARTNER TERMS

●  Terms: 1 year lease (providing 1st and last month rent at time of partner agreement doc is signed & submitted)

●  Payment due on the first of the month

●  Late fee $50 after the 5th of the month

●  Deposit is One Month’s Dues (No sublets please!)

 

MEETINGS:

EVENT RENTALS:
